All Bath residents are encouraged to attend our meeting regardless of their membership status. It is an opportunity to renew your membership or become a new member, to hear the speakers with information of special interest to Bath residents, vote for the board of trustees, and enjoy other benefits. The BHA has an important announcement to make at this year’s meeting that directly concerns you. Join us. Be involved.

  • Vito Sinopoli, Bath Township Administrator and BPD Chief, will be updating us on township parks news, outlining the township’s position on short term rentals, and addressing important information about the new and proposed tax legislation’s impact on your property tax bill. For those who are anxious about the long-term viability of all Ohio townships, this is a don’t-miss presentation.
  • Discover how Old Trail School is helping Keep Bath Beautiful. Head of School, Sarah Johnston, will describe how OTS’s mission, curriculum, and management of outdoor areas enhance the township and support our core values of “rural” and “residential.”

Vote:

  • The BHA Nominating Committee’s 2026-2027 slate of officers is Tom Alexander for President, Brenda Parks for Vice President, JoAnn Alexander for Treasurer and Recording Secretary, and Kristin Sanchez for Website Secretary.
  • The BHA operating budget for 2026-2027 will be presented for approval.
